This guy a semi skilled kitchen fitter,gives a quote,it is accepted.He starts, completes then invoices.I pay him 2 weeks later deducting a couple hundred cause I need to pay another to correct his mistakes.Is this acceptable by law or should I, he be willing allow him a chance to correct his errors before considering another contractor?

Wanted to find out exact GPS locations for The Royal Sussex County Hospital in East Sussex in England (BN2 5BE) & Eastbourne Hospital also in East Sussex(BN21 2UD). These were the hospitals where my kids were born & wanted to get a tattoo to remember them by so its something different & wanted correct lat/long so its not some shop somewhere in town as this is very important to me. Can anyone help me & point me in the right direction….please?

We are trying to find an odor in our two-story colonial house.

The odor only occurs in mild weather, when we can open the front door and another window, and the outside wind is just right. The smell occurs in the area of the second-floor master bedroom.

We have had numerous plumbers try to figure it out. The mint test of the vent pipe did not indicate a leak. We’ve had the copper vent pipes replaced with plastic. We’ve had the roof vent raised two feet. All with no success.

Can you suggest someone who might be able to analyze the odor and its source?
