I’ve been working at a small gym as a personal trainer for close to a year now. I was recently offered a position as a personal trainer at a large corporate gym. Though I wouldn’t be paid as much, being at the bigger gym would get me health benefits and possible opportunities for advancement. Also, the smaller gym has people mostly age 50 and up and some believe that because I’m 25 I’m just going to torture them(which is not the case!). In addition, working for a small business means that I’m everything (janitor, maintenance, repair guy, plumber, and even babysitter at times). However, being at the small gym means more money(at the moment) and I don’t just feel like a cog in a giant machine.
Any advice would be appreciated! Thanks!

Problem in my kitchen – can Feng Shui help?

asked:

We’ve been in the same appartment for 6yrs and had 6yrs of plumbing problems and flooding. It’s always in the same room, the kitchen. There’s been the water heater, the leaky radiator, water seeping in thru’ the walls (on 2 facades), twice water leaking thru’ the ceiling (no one ever found the cause of that), the tap, the water pressure, the pipes, blocked pipes, leaky pipes, you name it we’ve had it! And each time something’s repaired, something else goes a little while later. We decided to do up the kitchen a bit, put in new cupboards, a new dishwasher and new work tops, we even moved the cooker to a better place in the kitchen – Feng Shui wise. But paff, yet again a flood from upstairs, and 3 plumbers have not been able to find the cause!
I’ve read about how emotions can be a cause of water problems. Any tips on how to put an end to this once and for all? We live in an appartment block, ground floor. The kitchen is in the north-east corner, front door at the north.
The building is not old, 15yrs to be exact.
And yes I DO think Feng Shui can help, why not? The plumber can’t!

an owner of a unit (yet to be determined), put cat litter down the drain and caused over $50K in damage to another unit. the condo association insurance company has declined coverage because the association was not at fault. the plumber has said that the clog was caused by kitty litter. now the association is going to impose a special assessment or increase dues on the entire condo unit in order to pay for the repairs. i should not have to pay for someone else’s intentional act. and i’m sure putting kitty litter down the drain is against CCR or condo rules. can i fight this?
