Cristina B asked:
My toilet seems to leak some water everytime its flushed. How do I fix this problem, since I really do not want to hire a plumber for something like that.

Depends on where it is leaking from. If its from the floor you are going to have to remove the whole toilet at the base and replace the wax seal that is down there. Then replace the toilet and re-caulk around the base. If it leaks from the tank base; remove the tank and replace that seal and hardware.
inadequate description of leak!
Without knowing the source of the leak; IE: floor/ tank/ etc. it would help us to know.
If it leaks from the floor area then pull it and replace the wax ring, and hardware. If it leaks from the Tank base; remove the tank and replace that seal and hardware.

At the bottom of the lift tube in the center of the Sistine there is a flat rubber washer take the old one to a plumbing supply shop get a new one and install it .
Two possiblities
1. Is your toilet wobley? If so your wax seal may be bad, but that is not very likely.
2. Look where your waterline comes at the bottom of the tank, tighten that fitting and tighten the two screws that hold your tank on top of your toilet. That is most likely.
If that does not help get a toilet kit with new gasket that your toilet tank is sitting on. Replace it and the screws holding down the tank.
Good Luck!
