Drain o works– they also have a plunger for sinks that will loosen it up.

try a coat hanger or a small snake they only cost about $8 at walmart,
or if you a little handy try to take the elbow off (its that u-shaped pipe under your sink ) and clean it out that’s probably where the clog is

Boil you some water lots of it and pour it down the drain, it could be grease clogging it up, if that don’t work get you a rota rooter they sell the small ones at hardware store, try rooter in the drain, and still having problems go outside and look for the clean out plug, it should be a cap near the ground, undo the cap and run the rota rooter in that back and forth.I think it could be the Greece got hard, caught up in there. Always pour your grease in an old jar instead of down the drain.

You have already used one product, so it is unsafe to use another one unless you can clear out the first product. However, if you run hot water through the system and let it sit for a day or so, then siphon whatever is left out, (I use a turkey baster) and maybe do that one or two more times, you might be able to dilute it enough so you can try another product.
What you can do in the mean time, is try using a bent hanger to clean out as far as it will reach to see if you can unblock it to some degree.
When you think it’s safe, use a product called Thrift, which is available at Ace Hardware. It’s in a white and red plastic bottle. This is one product that has never failed me in unclogging a drain. A small bottle is about 8 bucks, the large bottle about 16 dollars.
When you think you have washed out the other product, drain the sink as much as you can. Boil some water on the stove so it gets nice and hot. Pour some down the drain to warm the pipes. Cover your mouth and nose with a towel and standing to the side, add about half a cup to a cup of Thrift crystal flakes. Add a bit more hot water. It will foam and fume, so be sure to be standing to the side. DO NOT BREATH THE FUMES IN! Let this stand for about five minutes, then pour more boiling water. If it doesn’t seem to work right away, let it stand over night. Usually by morning the drain is free and clear.
I have had the most stubborn clogs clear up with this product. I’ve used it on my sinks and bathtub and it clears it all up.
Be VERY CAREFUL when using it after using another product. Mixing drain cleaning products can kill you in a matter of minutes as it will burn out your lungs. I have known this to happen, so I can’t stress enough being careful! When using the Thrift product in the future, even as your first choice, still stand to the side and cover your nose and mouth.
Good luck! and BE CAREFUL!
