You had a new furnace installed. It should come with all kinds of warranties and emergency call numbers.Start calling these numbers and explain the freezing pipes and other damages being done to your home. You might have to call the gas company to get someone in there pronto. The papers for the new furnace should be taped to the side of the new unit.Read these papers and get the right people into action.Document the damages with pictures with time and date for future evidence if you have to take legal action.

you must have known the heat was not working , the pipes wouldn’t freeze that quickly unless you have poorly built or insulated home . did you agree to use the old pump to save a 100 dollars ? i bet you did . you can buy a pump at any supply house even home depot has them . water not circulating can also be an air problem not just a circ problem , do you hear the pump running or humming ?
