Garbage disposal wont turn on?

I just went in and flipped the switch and nothing happen. no sound at all? i have a town home that im renting but i know the complex is less then 3 years old. What could be wrong? do i need to call a repair man? plumber? electric? very unsure…

Soulja boy up in here now.. Watch me crank dat, watch me now.. No, seriously! Get the proper size allen wrench and CRANK DAT..
At the bottom of the disposer in the center there is a spot for the wrench. Put it in there and CRANK dat back and fourth and clear it. After you clear it, hit the little red reset button on the bottom.. That should do it.. Everyone garbage disposer seize up every once and awhile. Easy fix
there should be a reset button under the unit itself (under your sink). Just depress that button and it should work again.
